The volleyballs made of premium micro
fiber leather are designed to match international specifications and
standards. Premium quality leather is used to impart softness to it.
Finest leather volleyballs are manufactured, which are approved for
championships play. Volleyball has 18 panels made of full-grain soft
leather cover, which are hand-stitched for soft feel and control.
A 2 ply Poly/Cotton lining that surrounds the bladder provides extra
layers of softness, as well as protects and maintains the shape of the
ball. Sometimes, a suspended cloth-wrapped bladder for the desired
performance is demanded by top volleyball programs. Bladder made of 100
% butyl rubber is used for maximum air retention and nylon-wound
uni-bladder construction ensures true flight and super fast play.
Rotationally molded polyurethene bladder is used for true performance.
