The Single Bar Trainer is a super work station to learn and perfect skills. Our Ultra-Flex Round Rail provides a secure grip for smaller hands. Rail adjustment is easy and adjusts quickly from 64 7/8" (165 cm) to 106 1/4" (270 cm).

Steel and fiberglass rails are completely interchangeable for both men's and women's training. Rail adjustment is quick and effortless. The rail collar is outfitted with our exclusive spring loaded snap lock system complete with secondary tightening device to eliminate any rattle against the up rights.

The Trainer is installed with Maximizers to minimize required floor space - 70% space savings compared to a conventional cable tie-down system.
