beam is a horizontal raised beam with a width of 10 centimeters (4
inches) and a length of 5 meters (16 feet) that is used in gymnastic
competition for balancing exercises.The Adjustable Beam has nothing to lock, loosen or latch. One just needs to turn a handle at either end and the entire beam top moves up or down as one piece.
