Golf balls are divided in two broad categories:

• Recreational balls: They are designed for ordinary players whose swing is about 80 mph or even lower. These balls are made of two layer. The cover is harder than core. They have lower prices than advanced balls. The balls have low compression and reduced side spin reduction.
  
  
• Advanced golf balls: These balls suit those golfers whose swing speed is too good.
