Construction

• Starting blocks consists of a central rail system with a spring-loaded plunger on the center rail.
  
  
• Two pedals (or blocks) are attached to either side of the central rail. These track starting blocks are fitted with thick rubber to take spikes in.
  
  
• The blocks must be adjustable to allow the athlete to attain the most beneficial starting position.
  
  
• These starting blocks have a center rail and slotted angles to firmly grip the blocks, and are adjustable to four different angles.

Perfect Setting
Starting blocks are set behind the starting line at a certain distance so that when starting athlete's hands are just behind the starting line.
